Conflict Management is available as a special supporting area for the I.S.U. graduate program in Human Resource Development.
Persons selecting this specialization must take:

Courses not listed above can be requested to count toward this special, area if approved for individual students for this purpose. Approval of such requests must be given by the Chair of the Industrial Technology Education department.
A non-degree Certificate of Mediation program is available to student who take all three of the Conflict Resolution courses offered by the Department of Sociology. These courses are available either as night classes or in another format which should make them available for persons beyond the Terre Haute area. Courses for this Certificate of Mediation program also fill the requirements of a Conflict Management specialization for the Human Resource Development major (as well as Indiana state-certified training for court-related mediation).
